1Win Cryptocurrency Deposit Not Credited

Cryptocurrency deposits to 1Win offer speed and privacy but come with unique technical considerations. When a crypto deposit does not appear in your 1Win balance, the cause is almost always related to blockchain confirmation counts, wrong network selection, or sending to an expired deposit address.

Why Your Crypto Deposit Has Not Been Credited

Every cryptocurrency transaction requires a minimum number of network confirmations before 1Win credits your account. Bitcoin typically requires 3 confirmations, which can take 30 minutes to over an hour if the network is congested. Ethereum and USDT (ERC-20) require approximately 12 confirmations. If you sent USDT on the TRC-20 (Tron) network but selected ERC-20 on 1Win's deposit page, the funds will not be credited and may be permanently lost. Using an expired deposit address is another common cause – 1Win deposit addresses are usually valid for a limited time.

How to Check the Status of Your Crypto Transaction

Copy your transaction hash (TXID) from your crypto wallet. Go to a blockchain explorer for your currency: Blockchain.com for Bitcoin, Etherscan.io for Ethereum, Bscscan.com for BNB, Tronscan.org for USDT TRC-20. Paste your TXID and check the number of confirmations. If the transaction shows on the explorer with enough confirmations but your 1Win balance has not updated, the issue is on 1Win's end and you should contact support with the TXID.

Contacting 1Win About a Missing Crypto Deposit

Provide 1Win support with: your Game ID, the cryptocurrency type, the network used (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.), the amount sent, the transaction hash (TXID), the deposit wallet address you sent to, and a screenshot of the completed transaction. Support will check whether the funds were received at their wallet address. If the TXID shows the transaction confirmed on the blockchain and the correct address was used, 1Win will manually credit your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sending to the wrong network is a serious error. For example, sending USDT via TRC-20 to a 1Win ERC-20 address means the funds landed at a wallet that does not support TRC-20. Contact 1Win support immediately with the TXID and the address. Recovery is sometimes possible but not guaranteed and depends on 1Win's wallet infrastructure.

1Win generally requires 3 confirmations for Bitcoin, around 12 for Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, and around 20 for Tron-based tokens. Check the 1Win deposit page for the most current confirmation requirements, as these can change based on network conditions.

No. 1Win generates unique deposit addresses for each transaction. Always generate a new address from the 1Win deposit page for each deposit. Using an old address may result in funds being sent to an inactive wallet.
